Black Butte Ranch Refund Policy
A refund is available if the product is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 15 days of receipt. Product exchanges are only available if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer-service@blackbutteranch.com. Store sale items are not eligible for refunds. Black Butte Ranch gift cards and food items cannot be returned.

Black Butte Ranch Online Store recommends returned packages be insured for the full retail value of the contents. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please include a letter with your return that includes the following:
1. Your Name
2. Your Address
3. Telephone number where you can be reached during the day
4. Indication of whether this is a return or an exchange (exchange available on damaged goods only)
5. Original sales receipt or proof of purchase (required)
Refunds are only issued to the customer in the same method as the item was purchased. The online store customer service department will contact you regarding your refund/exchange if there are any questions. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product arrived damaged or an error occurred in the distribution of goods. COD deliveries on returned products will not be accepted. Please allow 7-10 business days after the online store service department has received the merchandise to process a refund. Special Events tickets purchased through our online store are strictly non-refundable.
